Send it. Get it signed. Keep the proof.

Send an agreement, have it signed on a phone or a computer, and keep a record of exactly what was signed — sealed, so any later change to it can be detected.

What getting a document signed looks like.

Upload, place, send
Upload a document or reuse a template, mark where each person signs — or let CoreSign suggest the places from the document’s own text — and send it for signature.
Signers never need an account
The people you send to never sign up and never pay. They open their own link, read the document, and sign — or decline.
Proof of exactly what was signed
When signing completes, the document is sealed with a cryptographic signature that covers the document itself, so any later change to it can be detected. How the seal works

Were you asked to sign something?

If an email brought you here, you are in the right place. Here is what CoreSign is, who is asking, and how to tell a genuine request from a fake one.

How it works

Four steps, and the last one is the point.

  1. 01

    Prepare

Upload a document or reuse a template. Draw the boxes where each signature, initial and date belongs, and any question a signer answers, such as their title — or have CoreSign suggest them from the document’s own text.

  2. 02

    Send

Each signer gets their own link, one at a time in the order you set. It authorises that one person, for that one document.

  3. 03

    Sign

The signer is shown every page of the document — signing opens only after the last one — answers any questions you asked, consents to sign electronically, and signs.

  4. 04

    Seal

The completed file is fingerprinted, sealed, and issued with a certificate of completion recording the whole history.

When it completes, you get four things — not one PDF.

An agreement is only useful later if you can still prove what it said. These are produced together and bound to each other.

The completed record

The signed document
Your file, with each signature, date and answer printed in the box it was placed in.
The certificate of completion
A readable record of who signed, when, from where, and which steps occurred — including any that did not.
The seal
The cryptographic signature covering the document fingerprint, the certificate fingerprint, and each signer entry.
The audit trail
The underlying sequence of events the certificate is rendered from.

For everyday agreements.

  • Freelancers and consultants — A contract or a statement of work, signed before the work starts.
  • Small businesses — Client agreements, quotes to approve and supplier contracts.
  • A few documents a month — A sign-off, a release or a simple agreement now and then. The Free plan covers three documents a month.

Questions before you start

Is an electronic signature legally binding?
In the United States, signing electronically is legally equivalent to signing on paper under the ESIGN Act and state UETA laws — but that equivalence comes with conditions, including the signer’s consent to sign electronically, which CoreSign asks for as a separate step. Some kinds of document are excluded by law, and no signing service can promise that a particular agreement will be enforceable. A signer’s rights
Do the people I send documents to need an account?
No. Signers never create an account and never pay. They open their own signing link, read the document, agree to sign electronically, and sign.
What happens to my documents if CoreSign goes away?
Download the signed document, its certificate of completion and its sealed record when signing completes, and keep them with your own records rather than relying on an account — they are ordinary files, and they stay yours. With the sealed record, the checker we publish can check the seal on your own computer. That checker comes from us, so we do not describe verification as independent of us. How the seal works
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. The signing page works on a phone as well as a computer, and there is nothing to install.
Do names in other alphabets print correctly?
Yes. Names in Polish, Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hebrew and Arabic print correctly on the signed document and on the certificate of completion.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Three documents a month, and signing up asks for no card. A document signed on the Free plan is sealed exactly as it would be on a paid plan. Your branding on the signing page and API access come with Pro and Business, and webhooks with Business.

Every plan seals every document.

The cryptographic seal, the certificate and the audit trail are not a premium feature. They are what the product is.
