About

Who is behind CoreSign.

CoreSign is built and operated by Core Legacy Studios, a software company in the United States. It is our own product, not a reseller arrangement or a white label of somebody else’s service.

We are new, and you should weigh that

CoreSign is a recent product. We have no decade of operation to point at, no logos to display and no case studies to hand you — and on a page like this, a company in our position is usually tempted to imply otherwise.

That temptation is exactly what the product is built against. An electronic signature is only worth what its evidence is worth, and evidence that rests on trusting the vendor is the weakest kind. So rather than ask you to believe us, we try to make the important things checkable.

What we do instead of asking for trust

The evidence is cryptographic, not administrative
A completed document is sealed with a signature that covers the document’s own fingerprint. Checking it is arithmetic, not a query against a database we control and could edit. How the seal works sets it out in full.
We publish what we cannot do yet
The security page carries a section listing what we do not claim — no third-party certification, no measured uptime figure, and verification that is not yet independent of us. A company that only publishes its strengths has told you nothing you can use.
The record belongs to you, not to your account
Download the signed document and its certificate when signing completes. They stand on their own and do not depend on you still being our customer — which is the point, and the opposite of how this usually works.

Talk to a person

There is no contact form and no ticket queue. Email reaches someone who can actually answer, and we aim to reply within one business day.
